Baller Snack Station
Our team always sets up a snack or refueling station for our boys – definitely on pool play day 1 and many times on day 2 as well. Day 1 is always going to be at least 2 games, and day 2 can be 2,3, or even 4 games if your team is successful! Travel ball is already expensive so we, as a team, try not to go to the concession if it’s not absolutely necessary.
We always use sign up genius for parents to sign up for items they can bring so we know what we can expect and what holes we need to fill. You’ll want to focus on healthy carbs, natural sugars, and protein. Avoid sugary treats or candy because, while they are great for a minute, we’ve seen WAY too many sugar-crashes at game time!
