At Baseball Mom Era, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel and want you to love your order.
Because our products are made-to-order and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer-provided customization errors.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives with:
- Defects or damage
- Printing errors
- Incorrect customization (mistakes made on our end)
- Wrong item received
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Spelling or design errors submitted by the customer
- Color variations due to screen differences
- General wear and tear after use
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
